B & S Care services was established with a vision to raise the bar in the deliver of support service to locals by empowering members of the community from all walks of life to achieve their lifestyle goals and create opportunities in which they may continue to grow and become valued and appreciated members of society.
The founders have first-hand experience of the failings of management training in the disability sector and community services sector, and its impact on the quality of services being delivered, and they are committed to improving the outcomes for the community.
